ExecMommyGroup is an inclusion, public speaking/communication, leadership and coaching practice founded by Joelle Murchison. Leveraging decades of experience in the corporate, non-profit and education sectors, as well as in the home and the minivan (!), Joelle combines inspiration, ‘real talk’ and lived experiences to facilitate dialogue and strategic solutions to individual and organizational challenges. From the board room to the kitchen table, it all hangs in the balance!
-Diversity and inclusion consulting
-Workshop facilitation and training
-Career/work life coaching
Each ExecMommyGroup engagement is customized to best address the needs of the individual or organization. ExecMommyGroup has conducted workshops, speaking engagements, training, coaching and consulting assignments across a variety of sectors, including education, not for profit, small business and corporate America.
Joelle's experiences are unique and position her to be able to effectively navigate organizational dynamics and personal challenges which might prevent an individual or organization from maximizing its opportunities. Her goal is simple: to ensure that strengths and opportunities can be leveraged to the greatest potential using diversity and inclusion as the foundation.
Joelle holds an undergraduate degree from Brown University, and two master's, from Harvard Graduate School of Education and Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications, respectively. She has found a way to incorporate all of her interests - education, inclusion, organizational development, policy, and communications - into her work.
